By placing an order with us, you agree to the following cancellation terms. This policy explains how and when you can cancel your order.
1. Cancellation Before Production
- If you request to cancel your order before production has started and materials have not been ordered, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount.
- However, if materials have already been ordered specifically for your order, you will only be eligible for a partial refund, which will be determined based on the cost of materials already incurred and the time spent on order preparation and processing.
2. Cancellation After Production Has Begun
Once production of your order has commenced, cancellations will be subject to a 50% refund of the total order value. This deduction accounts for material, labor, and processing costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
3. Cancellation After Order Completion
Orders that have been fully produced and/or shipped are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
4. Requesting a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, you must contact us at info@infusedthreads.com with your order details. Cancellations are only considered valid once confirmed in writing by us.
5. Amendments to Policy
We reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or direct notification to customers.
