  • Once production is complete, orders will be shipped via the selected shipping carrier at checkout.
 

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • We offer various shipping options through third-party carriers. Estimated delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping method chosen at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
 

3. Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all applicable shipping fees, including duties and taxes for international orders.
 

4. Shipping Damage and Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays that occur during shipping. Once the order leaves our facility, ownership and risk transfer to the shipping carrier.
  • If your package arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival and documenting any damages for claim purposes.

5. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. 
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipments and addressing any issues directly with the shipping carrier.
 

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Infused Threads is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at info@infusedthreads.com to request a correction.
 

8. Amendments to Policy
We reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or direct notification to customers.
